We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Student Assistant to support the Database Quality & Health Manager in the Customer Retention & Experience Team within Global Marketing. 

You will be part of a vibrant and international team within Audika Group’s Global Marketing function, and you will work closely with colleagues from our local markets, specialists from other global functions such as the Customer Acquisition team, Hearing Care IT and external partners. Through these cross-functional collaborations, you will be part of a team that aims to improve customer retention activities and customer experience throughout the customer journey with hearing care.

Ensuring Data Quality and Compliance
Your job will be to help us maintain the highest data quality standards for our local markets around the world using the tool called Aperture Data Studio by the company Experian.

As our Student Assistant for Global Experian Support, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of the local markets database to improve data privacy compliance and retention marketing efforts.

You will have the opportunity to work with a cutting-edge data quality and enrichment platform, Aperture Data Studio, to support our global function and markets.

Your key areas of responsibility will be:
 

  • Create and manage data cleansing workflows, ensuring data quality and compliance with organizational standards
  • Connect various data sources, including files, databases, and cloud storage, to the Aperture Data Studio platform
  • Implement rules-based data validation processes to identify and rectify data quality issues
  • Utilize address validation features to standardize and verify address data
  • Verify and validate contact information, including email addresses and phone numbers
  • Enhance existing data by integrating information from trusted sources to improve data completeness and accuracy
  • Eliminate duplicate records and harmonize data across different sources
  • Collaborate with team members to share data views, validations, and transformations securely
  • Maintain detailed documentation of data cleansing processes for reference and auditing purposes
  • Provide training and support to team members on using Aperture Data Studio effectively
  • Collaborate with local CRM Managers, BI team and Hearing Care IT 
  • Secure stakeholder management and fierce project management

You are enthusiastic about building relationship with your colleagues from various cultures and functions and have good project management and stakeholder management skills. You have a proficiency in understanding business processes across functions and systems and can build a clear structure for defining and optimizing Customer Retention programs aligned with commercial KPI’s. 

Furthermore, we hope you can tick some of the following boxes:

  • Currently studying a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field
  • Interest in data quality and data management
  • Proficiency in using Aperture Data Studio or a similar data cleansing tool is a plus
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
  • A good team player with good facilitation skills
  • Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills – Danish is not a prerequisite
