Recruitment Coordinator (6 month contract)

YOUR MISSION (IF YOU ACCEPT IT): 🏅

• Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to schedule candidates interviews with internal stakeholders using our internal systems
• Ensure that all interview information, time zones, video conference links, resumes, feedback forms are correctly communicated to all participants
• Coordinate with external providers if needed (external agencies)
• Optimize the candidate journey through data analysis and qualitative surveys
• Collaborate with recruiters to identify, develop and implement process & tooling improvements
• Handle pre-boarding tasks such as offer letters and contracts writing/reviewing

YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE IF: ⭐

• You have previous experience in an administrative or coordination role with lots of meeting management for busy stakeholders.
• You can show a proven ability to prioritize your workload and manage time efficiently
• You are self-motivated, collaborative, curious with a strong desire to support a growing Talent Acquisition team in a fast-paced international environment
• You are skilled at building relationships with stakeholders to ensure smooth communication across our organization - Customers first!
• You have a passion for problem solving, process improvements with a “can do” attitude and willingness to work autonomously
• Excel/Gsheet/Gmail/GCalendar are your best friends (or at least very close relatives).
• English is a no-brainer, French is a plus 
• You are fun and enthusiastic, excited about being a core member of a rockstar team!
