Field Operations Supervisor-Security/Core Services

The Field Security Operations Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that core service/security technicians are providing residential and security customers a quality installation and service experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Daily supervision of field service and alarm technicians to ensure on time, productive system installations and servicing.
2. Provide hands-on training, QC and guidance on process improvements.
3. Collaborate to improve efficiency, get buy-in and approval to institute plans with measurable goals.
4. Continuously analyze processes to ensure best-in-class service to achieve goals.
5. Provide remote service and customer education on escalations to avoid truck rolls.
6. Review tech routing and assignments to maximize efficiency and service.
7. Create and provide weekly reports to help pinpoint areas for training, improvement etc.
8. Handle technical customer escalations if field visit is necessary.
9. Bi-weekly, receive, review and send technicians payroll reports to GM by deadline.
10. Receive and respond to internal customer needs for confirmation on COPS data.
11. Give input on project planning and budgeting for upcoming large projects.
12. Review commercial sales of access control, surveillance and security systems prior to installation and provide technical project management.
13. Perform all necessary installation or repairs for emergency situations.
14. Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• BASA FASA Certification for Alarm systems in state of FL. Current licensing preferred. Licensing required within 30 days.
• At least 5 years of experience in service, installation with at least 3 years of supervision of field personnel of core services and alarm systems.
• At least 3 years’ experience with core services and access control systems, camera systems and IP communications.
• At least 3 years of experience in servicing camera surveillance systems, both analog and IP
• At least 2 years’ experience with remote software programs for CCTV, access and security systems
• Ability to work in a flexible environment with changing deadlines.
• Ability to lead, team build and support field technicians doing installation and service of all systems.
• Must have active and clean, non-restrictive, state issued driver’s license in Florida.
