Job Title: Automotive Technician

Job Location: Neenah, WI

Position Type: Full Time

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Shift Range: 7:00 am to 6:00 pm

Salary: 

WHAT YOU DO

• Accurately diagnose and repair the vehicle to meet Bergstrom standards
• Inspect and test new vehicles and record findings
• Produce flat rate hours at 120% efficiency or better
• Explain mechanical diagnoses and required repairs in a non-technical manner to Service Advisors
• Safely test-driving guest vehicles before and after repairs

Requirements

• ASE Certifications are preferred.
• Degree in Automotive Technology is required.
• 2 Years of experience as an Automotive Technician is required
• Valid driver's license with a reputable record
• Upbeat and positive personality
• Active listening skills
• Ability to provide excellent guest service
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to build relationships with team members and guests
