Position Overview:

We are seeking experienced bakers to join our team. As a Baker, you will play a crucial role by preparing and baking our fresh items.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare a variety of breads, pastries, and food items.
• Consistently maintain high standards of quality and presentation with all baked goods/food items.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as dough mixers, ovens, etc.
• Uphold cleanliness and proper sanitation standards throughout the bakery.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure an efficient service.
• Ensure all food items are made correctly.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a baker role; minimum 1 years. Preferably in a fast-paced bakery or cafe setting.
• Knowledge of baking techniques and machine operation.
• Ability to speak english proficiently. Bi-lingual is a huge plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
