🕗 Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Role

As an Operations Supervisor, you’ll play a key leadership role in managing daily landfill operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow into higher-level management within 1–3 years.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and supervise work crews operating heavy equipment and waste handling operations.
  • Monitor daily operations and adjust staffing or assignments as needed.
  • Conduct field inspections to ensure safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
  • Address customer concerns and ensure high service standards.
  • Coach and mentor team members; conduct performance reviews and development plans.
  • Set and execute short- and long-term operational goals.
  • Oversee compliance with environmental, OSHA, and local permitting regulations.
  • Support a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced, people-driven environment.
  • Experience operating or managing heavy equipment operations preferred.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and business systems.
  • Willingness to relocate for future promotional opportunities.
