Construction Project Manager for Restoration Company

Job Summary
Oversee all phases of fire, water, mold, and storm damage reconstruction projects. This position will take the job as a hand-off from the Mitigation Project Manager and see the reconstruction process through from estimate to the final walk through.

Key Duties

• Draft estimates and scopes of work.
• Find quality subcontractors and vendor resources.
• Supervise subcontractors and daily site operations.
• Update clients and insurance carriers on project progress.
• Ensure quality and final sign‑off.

Experience & Skills

• 2+ years in construction or disaster restoration project management.
• Familiarity with Xactimate, insurance protocols.
• Exceptional client relations and organizational skills.
• This position could be ideal for a semi-retired contractor
