Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced GIS Application Support Analyst to provide development and technical support to the ConEd ArcGIS and ArcFM-based Enterprise GIS system and applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in GIS application administration, support, and development, with a strong background in system monitoring, performance tuning, and team coordination.

Requirements

• Provide Tier 1, 2, and 3 level support and development for the ConEd ArcGIS and ArcFM Enterprise GIS system.
• Develop minor enhancements using Python, Angular JS, ArcGIS JavaScript API, and ASP.NET (C#).
• Support and troubleshoot ConED Landbase applications, including new development.
• Deploy and administer ArcGIS Enterprise (Portal and Server), and manage ArcGIS server sites.
• Monitor system performance and conduct tuning of the systems.
• Publish services and administer user roles and privileges.
• Coordinate with other teams, such as server support, security, and database administrators, to ensure seamless operation.
• Understand requirements, support the team, and share best practices and lessons learned.
• Provide status updates on tickets to the client SME and resolve troubleshooting and problem issues reported by end users.

Required Skills/Experience:

• 5-10 years of experience in administration, support, and development of ArcGIS applications.
• 5-10 years of experience in administering and supporting ArcFM applications.
• Proficiency in development and coding using Python, Angular JS, ArcGIS JavaScript API, .Net (C#).
• Experience in deploying and administering ArcGIS Enterprise (Portal and Server).
• Strong skills in system monitoring and performance tuning.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and possess excellent communication skills.

Additional Skills:

• Utility industry experience is a plus, particularly within electric or gas utilities.
• Knowledge and experience with Windows servers.
• Experience with FME Suite for GIS Landbase activities.
