Compensation

The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $87,200.00 – $145,300.00. This role is eligible for an incentive target of up to 15 % or $ , based on the achievement of individual and company performance objectives in accordance with the current terms of the incentive program which are subject to change.

Position Details The Manager, Branch Network is accountable for all service related and operational objectives for the branch. Ensures execution of the Branch Network strategic vision and objectives through demonstrated leadership in the areas of talent excellence, service, and cost to serve.

• Understand the competitive landscape, its impact on the local market and develop strategies to gain market share and reduce loss of current market share.
