About the Role
As the Product Manager for the Product Students & Graduates Development Programs, you will:
- Define the overall vision and strategy for the Product Students & Grads Development Program, overseeing both recruiting and programs to cultivate the next generation of Capital One's leaders.
- Develop the program roadmap and OKRs. Collaborate with cross-functional partners on execution, ensuring key milestones and outcomes are met
- Leverage data by defining key performance indicators (KPIs), evaluating data, and conducting user research to identify opportunities to continuously improve the program
- Own the exploration, definition, and potential roll out of internal AI-driven tools and solutions for the program
- Partner deeply to operationalize your vision with key partners including executive Product Leaders, Recruiting, HR Programs, Learning & Development, People Strategy & Analytics, and other key stakeholders

Basic Qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience working in Product Management
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
Chicago, IL: $182,500 - $208,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s
