Oracle Health Senior Consultant

As a Oracle Health Senior Consultant, you will consult with Customers and clinical stakeholders to deliver consulting services that will impact clinical performance, satisfaction, and clinical and business outcomes. You will consult with customers on service line workflow, and guide them through interdependencies and design decision impacts, while also providing solution oversight, direction and expertise to stakeholders. In this role, you will also drive customer-specific solution configuration design to meet workflow requirements and make recommendations to customers, mitigate solution risk and issues, and execute workflow and process improvement strategies. Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Care or Business or related field or relevant equivalent work experience
• At least 5 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:
  • At least 2 years healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support and/or other client-facing or information technology (IT) solution work experience
    At least 3 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in consulting and/or Nursing experience

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $71,200 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
