Responsibilities
Work on product's design by gaining a deep understanding of core problems and the user goals, from solving the core user challenge to shipping a well-tested UI.
Create and test rough prototypes early in the design process to create confidence in a solution.
Design high-fidelity UI and UX specs to clearly communicate requirements to the team's engineers.
Utilize qualitative/quantitative studies to collect user feedback, create a deep understanding and empathy for our customers, and work cross-functionally with design, product, and marketing teams to meet the business needs.
Help make high-level strategic decisions with the rest of the product team.
Contribute design thinking skills to other areas of the platform (Research, Marketing, Product Education, Customer Success, etc.)

Qualifications

Qualifications
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Art and Design, Digital Arts, Graphic Design, Computer Art, Arts and Technology, Interaction Design, Information Technology, Information Studies, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following:
Performing product refinement by designing and conducting usability research and consolidating results into actionable insights;
Defining product requirements and optimizing product user experience (UX) by collecting user pain points, reviewing competitor analysis, and analyzing user needs;
Using Figma throughout all stages of product design, including creating user flows, high-fidelity user interfaces, and interactive prototypes; and
Facilitating design guidelines to improve product consistency and increase product brand awareness.

Salary Range: $115200 - $184000 per year

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $115200 - $184000 annually.​

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
