This is a full time Clinical Staff Pharmacist role working variable shifts.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
Required
- Education
Bachelor's Degree - Bachelor of Science (BS) degree or
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree
- Experience
1 year of pharmacy experience
English (speaking, reading, writing)
- Licenses and Certifications
Eligible for licensure by Texas State Board of Pharmacy (TSBP) is required Upon Hire and Texas license with TSBP within 30 Days
(ACPE-IV) STERILE COMPOUNDING (IV) CERT Sterile compounding (IV) certification accredited by ACPE Upon Hire and (BLS) BASIC LIFE SUPPORT certification with course accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) Upon Hire and ADV CARDIAC LIFE SUPPORT course accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) will be required for inpatient positions within 180 Days

1 year of pharmacy experience
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Basic computer skills and data entry.
- English (speaking, reading, writing).
- Good general health and stress coping ability.
- Moderate physical effort: prolonged standing/walking, occasional lifting/carrying (up to 25 lbs.), reaching, bending, crouching, etc. OSHA Category III.
