Undersea Systems is seeking a highly motivated Production Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead for the Taiwan Indigenous Defense Submarine (IDS) program. This position reports to the Taiwan IDS Program Manager and leads the execution efforts of the recurring production scope. The Taiwan IDS Production IPT lead will be responsible for ensuring that equipment delivery commitments are made on time and within budget. They are responsible for removing barriers and defining solutions that support the Production IPT and program.
In addition, it is expected this person will work across all Raytheon functional organizations to staff the Production IPT and ensure the timely start-up and delivery of products in accordance with the contract(s). This is a large and dynamic international Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) program, with a cross-functional team spanning multiple Raytheon locations and a customer half-way around the world.

What You Will Do:
- The role must establish and maintain a positive culture to which top talent is attracted.
- Provide leadership and direction on priorities for the cross-functional supply chain, operations, engineering, quality, test, and logistics teams in the Production IPT with an emphasis on cost, schedule, quality, and hardware performance to specification.
- Accountability for the production scope, including aligning product EACs with SOW definition, contract values and Program Management
- Works with Customer counterparts to understand status, schedules, priorities and objectives for events
- Participate in management of suppliers, in coordination with the supply chain function
- Manage staffing across the Production IPT in concert with different disciplines
- Developing presentations and presenting at program management reviews (PMRs), staffing reviews, and decision reviews to achieve contract commitments.
- Display strong communication, influence management, and presentation skills, and comfortably interact with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels of leadership.
- Support the program risk and opportunity process in accordance with specific financial goals and obligations.
- Travel to support supplier reviews and programmatic meetings

Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 7 years’ experience
- Prior Program and/or Project experience
- Prior Leadership/Management experience
- Prior experience with financial management/analysis tools
- Prior experience with Cost and Scheduling
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Prior IPT lead experience on a low-rate initial production (LRIP) or full rate production program, preferably in the aerospace and defense industry.
- Experience working with production of sonars or similar systems
- Master’s Degree from an accredited university
- Raytheon PM Certification Level 6 (or equivalent) or ability to obtain within a year
- Demonstrated program execution experience managing program staffing, assign
