This role is crucial for ensuring the quality and stability of our games, and we are looking for candidates with a strong technical background and a deep understanding of QA methodologies and tools. If you are passionate about games and have a proven track record in QA, we want to hear from you!</p><p><strong>Daily Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Conduct comprehensive testing and verification of new game and engine features, including performance and stability checks across different platforms.</li><li>Develop, execute, and optimize advanced test cases, test suites, and test plans, both automated and manual, to ensure thorough coverage of all functionalities.</li><li>Collaborate closely with programmers, technical artists, and other stakeholders to identify, document, and resolve bugs, ensuring high-quality output.</li><li>Analyze test results, identify root causes of issues, and provide actionable insights to improve the quality of the game.</li><li>Participate actively in risk assessments, strategy development, and process improvements within the QA domain, adapting to changing priorities and project needs.</li><li>Create and refine reports using data and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to provide in-depth status updates and highlight trends that influence project decisions. </li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Proven experience as a Tech QA Analyst or in a similar role, with at least 3 years of experience for Specialist and 5 years for Senior.</li><li>Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and experience with game engines (e.g., Unreal, Unity, Godot, REDkit).</li><li>Ability to develop complex test strategies that encompass integration, stress, and performance testing.</li><li>Experience in using testing tools and frameworks to optimize testing efficiency and effectiveness.</li><li>Excellent analytical skills and the ability to think systematically to drive quality improvements.</li><li>Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation and test reports.</li><li>Fluency in English and a passion for gaming.</li></ul><p><strong>Nice to have</strong><br/> (Please note that these skills are not required to apply for the position)</p><ul><li><p>Experience in programming, preferably in C++ and/or Pytho</p></li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>Working mode</strong></p><ul><li>Office-First: working primarily from Warsaw, Cracow or Wroclaw studio for a minimum of 3 days a week.</li></ul><p><strong>Perks &amp; Professional Growth </strong></p><ul><li>Flexible working hours — start your workday anytime between 8:00 and 10:00 AM.</li><li>Trainings, lectures and courses — internal workshops, external training for each employee, ‘Meet a star’ events, knowledge-sharing initiatives, online tutorials, and e-learning classes are all available.
