Overview of the role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Intelligence Analyst to support the Sales/Revenue Operations function in the implementation of dashboards and data visualisations that will allow us to more effectively report on key metrics and KPIs to leadership and key stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, business intelligence tools, and dashboard builds. You will be a natural collaborator, able to interview key stakeholders to gather key requirements, understand data needs, convert these into technical requirements, and use these to develop and implement dashboard solutions, driving efficiencies and meticulousness in data integrity and accuracy.

You will have strong experience with Salesforce and Domo, and must be willing to be hands-on and deep dive into Everfox’s sales and revenue data, identifying inconsistencies and communicate to those with both technical and functional backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Insights

• Design and develop dashboards, reports, and data visualisations in Salesforce and Domo to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Interpret and communicate findings effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
• Identify solutions using metadata to solve time consuming activities.
• Design and build visualisations and reporting solutions using BI technologies
• Build the BI layer of abstraction with KPIs needed by stakeholders to measure business performance

Strategic Planning

• Work closely with leadership and department heads to understand business objectives and identify opportunities for leveraging data and analytics.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in BI and analytics to continuously improve processes and methodologies.
• Recognising the industry that Everfox operates in and appreciating the importance of following our information security policies.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Strong experience in developing dashboards and reports in both Salesforce and Domo is essential – you will also be an intermediate user (or stronger) of Excel, and it would be extremely helpful if you have hands-on experience with Power BI.
• Prior experience with Python and/or SQL is not essential, but will provide us with an indication of your ability to design and implement dashboards.
• A background with large matrixed SaaS business(es) will set you up perfectly for this role with experience managing multiple stakeholder requirement
