The Cybersecurity Division oversees the security of all digital assets for the GoA. The division works collaboratively with ministries, public agencies, and external partners to strengthen Alberta’s overall cybersecurity posture, thereby safeguarding Albertans and promoting the province’s economic and social well-being.

CyberAlberta is seeking a dynamic Manager, Stakeholder Experience and Delivery to lead the development and execution of strategic cybersecurity initiatives that strengthen Alberta’s digital resilience. Reporting to the Director of Cyber Threat Intelligence, this role is central to delivering citizen-centric services, enhancing stakeholder engagement, and driving measurable outcomes across the province.
As a manager, you will lead with purpose and drive innovation across CyberAlberta Programs. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Championing stakeholder engagement by building trusted relationships and creating meaningful opportunities for collaboration across Alberta’s public and private sectors.
- Leading transformative cybersecurity initiatives that enhance provincial resiliency and reduce risk through strategic partnerships, compliance frameworks, and community programs.
- Empowering learning and awareness by designing and delivering engaging cybersecurity training tailored to diverse audiences, from government teams to external partners.
- Driving operational excellence by developing and tracking KPIs that measure program impact, inform decision-making, and continuously improve service delivery.
- Fostering a culture of innovation and growth by supervising and mentoring a high-performing team, supporting professional development, and promoting Alberta Public Service values.
