MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

 

A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and one (1) year of professional or nonprofessional experience in administrative work, regulatory work, consumer complaint program work, interviewing, business administration, customer or public relations or investigations. 

 

Professional or nonprofessional experience as described above can substitute on a year-for-year basis for the required college education.

 

An equivalent combination of education and experience which equals five (5) years can substitute for the above requirements.
