•       Perform routine maintenance and repair on electrical chain hoists, Graco pumps, Graco air motors, and other manufacturing equipment.

   •       Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.

   •       Conduct regular inspections to ensure all equipment is safe, efficient, and meets operational standards.

   •       Collaborate with production teams to address urgent equipment repairs and adjustments.

   •       Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.

   •       Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.

   •       Support continuous improvement efforts to increase equipment reliability and production efficiency.

 

Qualifications:

   •       High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred.

   •       Proven experience in an industrial maintenance role, particularly within the manufactured home or similar industry.

   •       Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and drawings.

   •       Strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.

   •       Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

   •       Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently.

   •       Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.

 

Physical Requirements:

   •       Ability to lift up to [50] pounds and work in a physically demanding environment.

   •       Capability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and stand or walk for extended periods.
