Are you ready to take the next step in your career? One Vision is seeking Full-Time Team Leads to join our Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) program in Garner.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in leadership, enjoys mentoring others, and wants to make a direct impact on the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

What You'll Do as a Team Lead:

• Lead and support a team of up to 5 Direct Support Professionals (DSPs).

• Be hands-on in care: assist with meals, hygiene, housekeeping, and medications.

• Support individuals in managing personal finances and making independent choices.

• Coach and develop your team, ensuring quality service and strong collaboration.

• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and accreditation standards.

• Share in on-call responsibilities as part of a supportive leadership team.

What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma/GED + 5+ years of experience, or BA/BS in human services + 2+ years of experience.

• Previous leadership/supervisory experience preferred.

• Medication Manager Certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months).

• Strong communicator, problem-solver, and mentor.

• Basic computer literacy.

• Valid driver's license + auto insurance.

• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility.

• Ability to pass background checks, drug screen, and physical assessment.
