[VLO] Back-end Software Engineer (Java with German)

This is possible because we have been working with this client for years, we have a very good contact with them, without the typical client-supplier interaction.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><ul><li>continuously design, develop and test web services;</li><li>develop and improve our tools with state-of-the-art Java technologies;</li><li>create APIs and services to access the data in our knowledge graph;</li><li>write clean, scalable, maintainable and easy-to-read code;</li><li>help drive the optimization, testing and tooling to improve software quality.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>minimum 4 years of experience in software engineering;</li><li>excellent knowledge of Java (knowledge of Kotlin will be an additional asset);</li><li>experience with spring stack, hibernate and SQL database;</li><li>experience with REST;</li><li>good verbal and written <strong>GERMAN</strong> language skills.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>What do we offer?</strong></p><ul><li>remote work and flexible hours;</li><li>constant learning, training, and knowledge sharing;</li><li>co-deciding on solutions and architecture;</li><li>latest technologies in use;</li><li>full responsibility and access to production.
