Senior QA Automation Engineer

This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for: Senior QA Automation Engineer to join our Platform PBX team

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in the project to create an API for the RingCentral cloud telephony service;

• Develop and maintain test plans and scenarios;

• Automate test scripts in Java, maintain libraries of automated tests;

• Participate in the development of the test framework;

• Run test scripts, analyse the results of the run-on different environments, and maintain the CI;

• Plan quality control activities estimate the time spent on assigned tasks;

• Participate in non-functional testing (high availability, performance, backward compatibility).

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in software testing for at least 5 years;

• Backend testing experience;

• Experience automating test scripts in Java / Groovy or C#;

• Knowledge of approaches and methods for assessing the quality of development;

• Ability to write test documentation;

• Teamwork skills, communication skills.

Would be great if you had:

• Knowledge and experience of using Java;

• Experience with CI TeamCity/Jenkins;

• Knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter, Gatling);

• Knowledge of the HTTP protocol and the concept of REST;

• Knowledge of JIRA, and Confluence;

• Knowledge of Linux;

• Experience and understanding of Agile methodologies (XP, Scrum, Kanban).
