Developer - GhostDraft

Position Summary: GhostDraft Developer will assist in designing, developing, and maintaining smart templates and document logic using the GhostDraft platform; working closely with business analysts, senior developers, and subject matter experts to translate business requirements into dynamic documents, primarily in the insurance sectors.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain document templates using the GhostDraft platform.
• Implement logic, conditions, and rules for dynamic content generation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and ensure template accuracy.
• Assist in testing and validating templates to ensure they meet quality and compliance standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve template related issues.
• Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing sessions.
• Document development processes and maintain proper version control.
• Learn and grow in the GhostDraft ecosystem with ongoing training and mentorship.
• Participates in special projects and performs additional duties as required.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information systems or relevant field of study required
• 3 years of relevant experience required (Programming, Coding, Program Development, etc.)
• Proficient understanding of programming or scripting (e.g., XML, HTML, JavaScript, or similar) required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites required
• Experience with GhostDraft or other document automation tools (e.g., Documate, HotDocs, Xpertdoc) required.
• Exposure to insurance, legal, or financial documentation required.
• Familiarity with agile development environments required.
• Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git) required.

The salary range for this role is $74,600 - $136,100. The listed annual salary range posted for this position is subject to change and may vary depending on performance, education, experience, skills, geographic location, travel requirements, demonstrated proficiency in the competencies required for the role and business needs.  Base pay is just one component of GNY’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards include eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus based on performance.
