The Functional Task Lead will be responsible for overseeing the effective and efficient use of systems and applications within the client’s organization. The role will involve collaborating with various departments to understand their needs and align technology solutions with business objectives. The Functional Task Lead will be responsible for guiding and supporting team members, fostering collaboration, and ensuring that tasks are executed efficiently, meeting quality standards and timelines.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES· Lead a team of professionals to achieve specific task objectives within the organization· Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables· Develop detailed plans and strategies to effectively execute tasks, ensuring alignment with overall organizational goals· Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment· Monitor task progress, identifying potential issues, and implementing effective solutions to ensure timely completion· Communicate task updates, progress reports, and potential challenges to relevant stakeholders and senior management· Ensure adherence to established quality standards and best practices throughout the task execution process· Conduct regular assessments to evaluate task performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary adjustments· Maintain accurate documentation of task-related activities, including plans, progress reports, and any modifications made during the execution process· Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging team members to contribute innovative ideas and solutions to enhance task performance· Routinely perform a wide variety of administrative support duties· Other duties as related to the business functions of FWG Solutions, as assigned REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONSEducation:· Bachelor’s degree in information systems or related IT field, required· Master’s degree in information systems or related IT field, preferred Licenses & Certifications:· Active Secret security clearance required
Experience:· Ten (10) years of experience using and/or supporting EESOH-MIS · Five (5) years of experience writing requirements documentation for EESOH-MIS or writing requirements documentation for a similar (i.e., size, scope, complexity) system· Five (5) years of experience using and/or supporting EESOH-MIS · Meets requirements of proposed labor category
Skills & Abilities:· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions and implement effective solutions· Experience in project management, task coordination, and planning, with a focus on achieving defined objectives within set timelines· Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, manage multiple responsibilities, and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic work environment· Proficiency in documentation and reporting, with the ability to maintain accurate records and produce comprehensive reports· Strong leadership capabilities, with the capacity to motivate and guide team members to achieve task-related goals· Familiarity with relevant software and tools for task management and coordination· A proactive and results-driven mindset, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work and achieving successful outcomes
