What You’ll Do:
The Center Manager is responsible for the remarketing of inventory by supporting the supporting sales team and business operations, as needed.
Job Duties:
• Directly supervise a team of salespeople.
• Manage the needs of the branch(es) overseen.
• Monitor, process, and report sales activity.
• Engage with other members of the sales team, department management, and other departments, as needed.
• Ensures operation is running efficiently.
• Works with vendors to obtain the optimal pricing to increase profitability.
• Accountable for assets and inventory at branch(es) overseen
• Forecasts goals and objectives for the department and strives to meet them.
• Develop strategies for more efficient operations.
• Generates ideas for increasing revenue streams.
• Identify ways to improve service quality for our customers and efficiency of internal procedures.
• Ensure that established processes and procedures are followed correctly.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external customers as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Business related bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Supervisory experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Computer proficiency and accounting skills.
• Ability to work in a high volume and fast paced environment.
Compensation:
• $110,000-$135,000 depending on experience and skills
