Accounting Manager

·                    Responsible to support international accounting team for setting up accounting and consolidation team of US, setting up accounting responsibility and working process for each accounting position.

·                    Responsible for quality of financial result of US consolidation, including US local and subsidiaries based on IFRS and US GAAP.

·                    Responsible for managing the monthly finance closing process and financial reports & analysis of US consolidation and subsidiaries, on a timely basis according with Group timeline and any requirements by government or regulator.

·                    Responsible for monitoring the financial performance of US combination and provide improvement or risk control proposal for higher management decision.

·                    Responsible to manage relationships with auditors and DD, with high quality financial data. Responsible to manage relationships with relevant bureaus and government agencies.

·                    Responsible to establish, maintain, and enhance the financial process and financial system (SAP, BPC, ect.) and connection with other operation business system (order, delivery, ect.).

·                    Safeguard company’s assets, implement specific financial processes and corrective measures to enhance efficiency and exactness, and ensure a sound internal control environment in

·                    place and compliance with Group internal control requirements.

·                    Couch, develop and retain the finance talents.

Essential

·                    Bachelor’s degree or above majored at finance or accounting

·                    5 years or above working experience in Automobile industry (sales and R&D is preferred) with combination experience. Or 5 years or above working experience in one of big four accounting firm.

·                    With relatively stable working experience in past years

·                    Work smartly and ability to work under pressure

·                    Good communication skills with all levels of the organization

·                    Good English and Mandarin

·                    Adhere to highest legal and ethical standards

Desirable

·                    ACCA is highly preferred.

·                    Working experience in US listed company is highly preferred.
