Part-Time Financial Administrative Assistant - Youth Transitional Living - Lakeview

The Part-Time Finance Coordinator provides administrative and bookkeeping support to the Youth & Young Adult Program, including overseeing member money, managing program resources, coordinating team expenses, data entry into finance software, and ensuring compliance with government contracts and organizational policies.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Calculates and disburses individualized bimonthly stipends using Microsoft Excel, Exact-GPS, and True Link interface.
- Continual maintenance of member financial documents with accuracy and confidentiality, meeting agency/best practice requirements.
- Spearheads interagency collaboration as it relates to program finances, including grant reporting, monthly bank reconciliation, and audit preparation.
- Excellent record keeping with full ownership of program bookkeeping. Meets deadlines, stays focused while being detail oriented.
- Monitors both custodial and petty cash accounts daily, ensuring timely journal entries to the finance software.
- Coordinates expense reporting across the team by maintaining workflows, managing credit cards, collecting receipts, and coding accurately for timely submission.
- Independently provides accurate information to supervisors on topics related to the finances of the program.
- May be required to travel to other nearby Thresholds/Community locations as needed
Daily Work Schedule 9AM to 5PM Monday-Friday
MARGINAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assists with maintaining confidential files including electronic records according to agency policy.
- May be required to coordinate and negotiate inter‐departmental activities or requests such as events, internal and external audits, conference room scheduling, etc.
REQUIREMENTS:
- HSD or GED Required. Associate degree desired. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience and/or training specific to performing the duties assigned may be substituted for educational requirements at supervisor’s discretion.
EXPERIENCE:
- 2-4 years of progressive clerical experience preferred.
- Strong computer skills required and must have comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- At least 2yrs experience in Bookkeeping, Payroll, or Accounting. May be required to have knowledge or learn other pertinent software products.

- Competitive pay: Salary Range: $19.25 - $24.00 per hour / $40,000 - $50,000 annually
