O2B Senior Project Manager

Our 98,000employees operate a network of 2,650 offices and laboratories, working together to enable a better, safer and more interconnected world.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><strong>Working as a core member of our Financial Transformation project team, you will monitor and coordinate the project plan stipulated per SGS affiliate, schedules, risks, tasks, assignments and milestones. You will also be responsible for the communication and O2B training strategy projects.</strong> <strong>The Order to Bill (O2B) Task Force’s main objective is to ensure that business operations are aligned with Finance requirements in order to secure and optimize the process from the moment a client is contacted to the issuance of the final tax invoice.</strong></p><p><u><strong>More specifically, you will:</strong></u></p><ul><li>Develop and deliver change / transformation coordinated plans according to the agreed roadmap;</li><li>Develop and maintain the detailed program schedule including the schedule of implementation of the functional requests;</li><li>Prepare or review Kick offs and necessary documentation and prepare project meetings; </li><li>Provide support to various project stream leaders, to ensure all streams are synchronized in activities;</li><li>Ensure the presence and the effective involvement of the internal resources on the project;</li><li>Ensure regular and effective communication with the related stakeholders;</li><li>Responsible to document all the process flows during Analysis and Design of the different Business lines;</li><li>Develop a proper communication plan and undertake the necessary communication actions;</li><li>Manage the Training project including documentation, tools, intranet, timing to ensure project is delivered on time;</li><li>Be responsible for escalating any issues raised by team members or business to the O2B GPO and O2B Steering committee.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Previous experience in similar Project Management role working in diverse cultural &amp; virtual environments and preferably including transitioning of activities to a Finance Shared Services;</li><li>Educated to degree level in Finance, Economics, Management or similar;</li><li>IT systems literacy (MS Office: MS PPT etc) required;</li><li>Fluent in English;</li><li>Knowledge of Oracle E Business Suite and any other ERP is beneficial. </li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>The position can be based anywhere in Europe with full remote environment depending on the location. </strong></p><p><strong>This position require travels. </strong></p>
