About this opportunity

 

Welcome to the Cyber Security Networks team. You’ll join Cyber Security, where our focus areas are Proxy and supporting other areas with security knowledge. As the Cyber Security Network Specialist, you will be responsible for development, maintenance and implementation of security infrastructure, security solutions and access control systems, which are provided within the Nordea.

 

What you’ll be doing:

• Operational and infrastructural work with Proxy environment.
• Troubleshooting and development.
• Participating in projects and work improvements.
• Maintaining processes and work instructions for our network security area. Take part in on-call activities and duties.

 

The role will be based in Poland - Gdynia Gdańsk.

Your experience and background:

• Experience within the network and security area.
• Experience with Proxy and IPS devices.
• Good UNIX knowledge and working experience in Firewall systems and also if you have knowledge of IPS/IDS.
• Experience with troubleshooting network problems.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• A University degree is appreciated, however, to excel in this position you must have a keen interest in network and security.
