Position Summary:
Provides talent pipeline support to the St. Luke’s Recruitment Team by identifying, attracting and engaging with clinical candidates. In this role, you will scout passive candidates across various job boards, social media and professional platforms. Effectively leverage interpersonal and networking skills to grow talent network. Responsible for promoting teamwork with all members of the healthcare and recruitment team. Performs duties in a manner consistent with St. Luke’s mission and values.

Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
Experience: Previous clinical sourcing experience required. Experience with iCIMS preferred.
