Hillcrest Health & Living is seeking a dependable and organized Clinical Support Assistant to join our senior living community. This position involves both clinical support and administrative coordination, with a focus on staff scheduling, resident support, and team assistance. The ideal candidate will be a flexible team player with excellent communication and time management skills.
Schedule: Full-time, with flexibility to cover various shifts and participate in on-call rotations as needed
Wage: Starts at $16.50+ per hour depending on experience

What does a day in the life look like?
• Manage staff schedules, including creating and distributing the schedule via Dayforce.
• Cover open shifts and ensure daily clinical staffing needs are fully met.
• Working on the floor as a Personal Care Assistant and Med Aide to maintain quality resident care.
• Assist the Executive Director and Director of Wellness Services with various duties assigned.
• Participate in the on-call rotation to ensure consistent staffing and resident care support.
What should I have to be considered for this position?
• Active Nebraska 40-Hour Medication Aide Certification
• Experience in an assisted living, long-term care, or healthcare setting preferred
• Experience with scheduling preferred
