Leads strategic efforts to develop, enhance, and oversee a state-of-the-art research software environment, driving innovation and efficiency across departments. Strategizes and directs comprehensive analysis of complex business challenges, developing automated solutions that align with organizational goals. Oversees application configuration and management for research and development, ensuring seamless implementation and execution of projects with responsibility for budget adherence and timely delivery. Provides visionary technical leadership to identify, evaluate, and design systems and procedures that are cost-effective and meet advanced user requirements. Establishes system specifications and working parameters for optimal hardware/software integration. Designs intricate details of automated systems and consults cross-functionally to resolve business or system challenges, leading cross-functional teams to successful outcomes.
