Senior IT Security Analyst

<p><strong>POSITION DESCRIPTION: </strong></p> <p>This position calls for a <strong>Microsoft / Linux Engineer </strong>with broad infrastructure and information technology expertise. Responsibilities include engineering and maintaining an enterprise class hybrid-cloud infrastructure. The position is within the IT security department and will be part of the internal CSIRT; position will be involved in Cyber Security incident investigations as needed.</p> <p><strong>ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONS: </strong></p> <p>This position is within the IT Security group, which is responsible for overseeing information security within Citco.</p> <p><span><b>PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:</b></span></p><ul><li>Ability to install, configure and troubleshoot Active Directory and DNS, as well as skills necessary for Group Policy and Active Directory Security solutions.</li><li>Implement, monitor, and maintain Active Directory design, Schema, OU design, AD replication topology, and DC backup/restore procedures.</li><li>Assist Security Architects in the development, design, build, and deploy Cloud solutions in accordance with Security best practices.</li><li>Assist in creating cloud-based infrastructure and programs including implementing identity and access management and configuring cloud environments securely.</li><li>Assist in the development and implementation of security controls for various cloud infrastructure providers.</li><li>Develop scripts and automation to scale and accelerate the implementation and audit of security configurations, risks, and assessments.</li><li>Keeping cloud infrastructure current, making recommendations, and continually improving cloud security technologies.</li><li>Troubleshoot incidents, identify root causes, fix and document problems, and implement preventive measures.</li><li>Working with internal departments across the organization to continually improve cyber resilience.</li><li>Develop and maintain documentation and diagrams for security tools, system environments, and cloud operations.</li><li>Experience working with an enterprise class change management process to include ticket-oriented applications.</li><li>Performing other related duties incidental to the work described herein</li></ul> <p><span><strong>EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE &amp; SKILLS: </strong></span></p><ul><li><span>Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an enterprise scale cloud security environments </span></li><li><span>Minimum of 5 years’ experience with both Linux and Windows environments</span></li><li><span>Good understanding of Linux and Windows security</span></li><li><span>Proficiency with scripting languages, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) (e.g. Bash, Python, PowerShell)</span></li><li><span>Excellent written communication skills in the creation of research, guidance, procedural, and support documentation.</span></li><li><span>Excellent verbal communication skills working with team members and other support partners.</span></li><li><span>Strong critical thinking and problem-solving ability</span></li><li><span>Ability to handle multiple, complex, and competing priorities and projects in a high pressure and fast paced environment</span></li><li><span>Familiarity with DevOps methodologies and tools (Docker, Ansible, Terraform)</span></li><li><span>Relevant certifications are required (RHCSA, AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Security, MCSE)</span></li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><p><span><strong>WHAT WE OFFER: </strong></span></p><p><span>We offer a challenging job in a growing international company, an opportunity to expand your business knowledge by working with prestigious clients and complex financial and technological instruments, and a friendly and fast-paced environment.
