Norris Ford- Bilingual Automotive Service Advisor

Are you fluent in Spanish and English, passionate about customer service, and known for your friendly, energetic personality?Norris Ford in Dundalk is seeking an experienced Bilingual Service Advisor to join our dynamic team!As the first point of contact in our Service Department, you’ll represent Norris Ford by providing exceptional support to our valued customers. In this key role, you’ll coordinate all communication regarding vehicle repairs and maintenance, serving as the essential bridge between our customers and our skilled technicians.Your strong automotive knowledge and clear communication skills will help you explain services, set expectations, and ensure every customer enjoys a seamless, high-quality service experience.Compensation & Schedule: $50,000- $125,000 annually! 40 Hrs per week!

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service in line with dealership standards
• Schedule service appointments and prepare accurate cost estimates
• Educate customers on required vehicle maintenance based on manufacturer guidelines
• Accurately document service and repair orders
• Stay current on industry trends and apply technical knowledge to daily tasks
• Build strong relationships with customers to promote loyalty and referrals
• Provide timely updates to customers about service progress or changes
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
