Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)-Per Diem/Casual

Foxdale Village is a Quaker-directed, non-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) located in State College, PA. Foxdale Village was founded on the values of treating all with dignity and respect. We are seeking a Casual/Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our caring and dedicated team. Opportunities available all shifts.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Duties include:

• Develop, review, and update individualized interdisciplinary care plans.
• Administer medications as prescribed by the physician following policies and procedures.
• Safely use specialized clinical equipment and implement nursing care procedures.
• Effectively communicate to assure continuity of care and efficiency in work responsibilities.
• Accurately document using Point Click Care electronic health records system.
• Ability to professionally and politely interact with fellow Foxdale Team members, residents, and residents’ family members

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing.
• Licensed to practice nursing in the state of Pennsylvania as a Practical Nurse (LPN).
• Possess or have the ability to obtain a valid CPR card.
