As the National Director of Sales, you will be a cornerstone of The Pack Labs, spearheading all aspects of our sales strategy and execution to ensure unparalleled efficiency and growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll drive strategic initiatives, manage field sales representatives, and oversee territory rollouts. Your leadership will be instrumental in steering the company towards continued success in the dynamic hemp-derived cannabinoid market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's broader objectives, working closely with the CEO and Head of Sales Operations to set both short-term and long-term growth strategies for The Pack Labs.
• Define clear sales quotas for the team and individual representatives based on market analysis and company targets.
• Lead, manage, grow, and develop a large team of highly motivated sales professionals, providing continuous coaching in product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Determine and execute territory rollouts for field sales representatives, managing and optimizing the performance of existing sales representatives.
• Foster strong relationships with other departments to ensure seamless information flow and collaboration on initiatives that impact sales.
• Build and nurture growth-oriented relationships with sales leaders at all our license and/or distribution partners across the country.
• Travel approximately 25% or more for client-facing meetings, trade shows, and visits to headquarters in Los Angeles, CA.

Qualifications:

• Must have 5+ years of high-level sales leadership experience, at least some of which is at the Director level, preferably with experience managing or working closely with field/trade sales and marketing.
• Proven track record of accelerating early and/or mid-stage brand growth, including opening markets or channels for a brand or product line.
• Experience managing distributors and distribution networks.
• Experience in a regulated environment like alcohol, hemp, vape, tobacco, or cannabis is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics platforms, and other relevant sales technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to proactively identify potential communication gaps and overcome them, achieving results while maintaining strong relationships with internal and external partners.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and lead teams.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive base salary in the range of $120,000 - $140,000 per year base with a $220,000 - $250,000 OTE.
