Role

The Associate Director Software Project Manager drives our medical software product development of our exciting oncology platform. It is your responsibility to develop best-in-class software applications in the medical device area. Your project team
includes a cross-functional Scrum team of software engineers, verification engineers and quality engineers.

• Be responsible for the implementation of a medical device software project and the lead of an agile software team in design, implementation and testing of the software
• Ensure the project quality, timelines and budget
• Implement and resolve technical customer requirements
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Apply classic and agile project methodologies like Scrum
• Control the design, implementation and documentation of new software functionalities in a technical environment
• Be in charge of team and talent management. Develop and expand the skillset of your team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or other related experience
• 5+ years of experience working in the software development with strong technology background
• 3+ years of project management experience
• Experiences in personal management
• Strong expertise of modern infrastructure and workplace technologies
• Experience in Medical SW Development
• Strong technical project management skills
• Strong team leadership skills.
• Good understanding of agile methodologies

Benefits

We will work with you to provide a highly competitive compensation in accordance with the Austrian collective bargaining agreement, starting from a minimum of 70.000,- € gross per year. We will negotiate an attractive package and overpayment based on your background and previous work experience
