Restaurant Associate, Ardmore, #634

S&F Cafe is looking for a dedicated Restaurant Associate to support its day-to-day operations.  You will be expected to create an enjoyable experience for our customers by providing prompt service and quality food while maintaining a clean, safe and comfortable restaurant environment. As a Restaurant Associate, your first and most important priority is to provide a positive experience for all of our customers.

You will:

• Prepare quality beverages and food menu items consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards
• Ensure accuracy of all beverages and foods packaged for cafe customers
• Properly prepare, package and stage orders
• Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products
• Display a customer-first attitude, providing legendary customer service and top-notch food and beverage products
• Manage waste and spoilage through mindful portioning and food preparation
• Ensure the Standards of Conduct and other Company policies are followed
• Ensure the overall cleanliness of the restaurant 
• Put deliveries away, plus any additional duties assigned  
• Ability to cross train across the restaurant to ensure rapid growth 
• Assist with any additional duties assigned 

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of food service and/or restaurant experience highly preferred
• Passionate about providing an exceptional and consistent customer experience
• Ability to use Company-provided digital applications
• Experience in customer-facing and/or other fast-paced retail environment preferred
• SafeServe Certified preferred 
• High School diploma or GED equivalent

Requirements

• Ability to read and understand directions as provided by your manager(s)
• Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 lbs
• Standing and walking for the duration of an assigned shift
• Available to perform many different tasks within the restaurant during each shift
• Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends,
• nights and/or holidays
