Total Care ABA is seeking a compassionate and motivated Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our growing team in New Bern, NC. Working under the supervision of a BCBA, you'll play an essential role in designing and implementing individualized ABA treatment programs that help children with autism reach meaningful developmental milestones.

What You'll Do

  • Provide high-quality ABA services under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

  • Assist with functional behavior assessments (FBAs)

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans

  • Analyze client data and monitor treatment progress

  • Supervise and provide clinical guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) as assigned

  • Train and support parents and caregivers

  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation

  • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members to ensure the best possible outcomes

What Total Care ABA requires from you:

  • Current Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification 

  • Bachelor's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field

  • Eligible to provide ABA services in North Carolina

  • Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team

  • Experience working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder preferred

  • Experience supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) a plus

  • North Carolina Medicaid experience preferred
