Job SummaryWe are seeking an accomplished Senior Manager, Salesforce Systems to lead enterprise-level initiatives at the intersection of technology and business. This role demands a strategic thinker with proven leadership in business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and solution delivery, combined with deep expertise in full-stack development, Salesforce (end-to-end), and ServiceNow. The Senior Manager will oversee cross-functional teams, drive digital transformation strategies, and ensure successful delivery of high-impact technology solutions while maintaining the ability to be hands-on in critical technical areas when needed.Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary bridge between executive leadership, business stakeholders, and technical delivery teams.
- Lead strategic planning sessions to define technology roadmaps aligned with organizational goals.
- Champion business transformation by identifying process improvements and technology-driven efficiencies.
- Oversee requirement-gathering efforts, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and long-term scalability.
- Present solution strategies, prototypes, and MVPs to senior executives, driving consensus and buy-in.
- Govern project execution, risk mitigation, resource allocation, and change management.
- Direct and mentor technical teams delivering full-stack applications using modern frameworks (React, Angular, Node.js, Java, Python, etc.).
- Oversee end-to-end Salesforce development, ensuring adherence to coding standards, governance, and best practices.
- Provide high-level architecture guidance for ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and integrations.
- Drive enterprise integration strategies, ensuring secure and reliable data synchronization across platforms.
- Establish KPIs and quality metrics for technical deliverables.
- Manage escalated support issues for key business applications, ensuring swift and sustainable resolutions.
- Implement operational frameworks for system monitoring, performance optimization, and compliance.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base to strengthen organizational self-sufficiency.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability within technical and functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 8+ years in a functional role with at least 3 years in a leadership or management capacity.
- Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional technology projects.
- Expertise in full-stack development and architecture using modern frameworks and programming languages.
- Hands-on proficiency in Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, Flows, triggers, integrations).
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow configuration, scripting, and enterprise workflows.
- Advanced understanding of SDLC, Agile, and DevOps methodologies at scale.
- Exceptional executive-level communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Admin, App Builder).
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS in relevant modules).
- Experience with CI/CD, Git, and Agile tracking tools (Jira, Azure DevOps).
- Expertise in enterprise data modeling, reporting, and integration patterns.
- Track record of driving measurable business outcomes through technology innovation.
