Job Summary
The Executive Compensation Senior Analyst plays a key role in helping support the design, administration, and continuous improvement of company's compensation practices to ensure equity, competitiveness, and alignment with business strategy. This role will support mobility of talent across the organization, administration of the company's global equity compensation plans and U.S. non-qualified deferred compensation plans, provide analytical and benchmarking support, and participate in special projects as needed.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
- Liaise with assignees, third-party providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of mobility services and assist with tracking, reporting, and compliance for international assignments - 30%
- Supports all annual and quarterly equity grant activities in collaboration with a third-party administrator, ensuring accurate processing, compliance, and global payroll reporting - 30%
- Supports administration of all non-qualified deferred compensation plans by partnering with the third-party party record-keeper to set up the enrollment system, develop and review participant enrollment communications, and ensure accurate payroll processing of enrollments through system and payroll audits - 20%
- Support the annual compensation cycle including merit, bonus, long-term incentive, and non-qualified deferred compensation plan processes - 10%
- Participates in compensation and mobility surveys, supports M&A transactions, and pay equity analyses - 10%
Skills and Minimum Experience Required
- Minimum of 3 years of executive compensation experience with at least 2 years of global mobility experience and 1 year of equity administration experience.
- Experience with global mobility and demonstrated experience in one or more jurisdictions (US, EMEA, APAC, LATAM).
- Familiarity with equity compensation plans, including Restricted Stock Units, Performance Shares, and Stock options; Domestic and international knowledge of regulatory and compliance matters related to equity programs and taxation.
- Familiarity with non-qualified deferred compensation plans and their compliance with Section 409A of the Internal Revenue Code.
- Knowledge of third-party equity administration systems; Merrill Lynch/Bank Of America equity platform experience a plus.
- Strong analystical and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with managers, associates, HR team, as well as external constituents such as vendors.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft applications including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Strong proficiency with analyzing data sets, creating formulas, v-lookups, and pivot tables.
Education (minimum education required)
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
- 3 to 5 years of experience
Preferred Experience (i.e. industry experience)
- Minimum of 2 years global mobility and 1 year equity administration experience
