Monitor engineering KPIs defect leakage, code coverage, PR turnaround and implement continuous improvements.
Conduct internal tech sessions, peer learning, and quality audits to strengthen engineering maturity
Collaborate with AI engineers on model deployment, testing, and responsible AI practices.
Manage and mentor a cross-functional team of 8 to 2 engineers.
Provide regular feedback, career growth guidance, and technical coaching.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
Support recruitment and onboarding of technical talent aligned with engineering standards.
Partner with delivery managers and solution architects to ensure alignment between design, execution, and quality objectives.
Implement governance mechanisms for code reviews, release readiness, and documentation completeness.
Communicate risks, dependencies, and progress transparently across leadership and delivery stakeholders.
Drive adoption of engineering dashboards and observability practices for proactive issue management.
Strong command of software engineering fundamentals data structures, algorithms, OOP, design patterns.
Proficient in TypeScript, Python, and Java with ability to guide full-stack teams.
Experience with Google Cloud Platform and Google AI Stack Vertex AI, Gemini Models, Gemini CLI, Lang Chain, ADK
Strong understanding of REST Graph QL APIs microservices, event-driven systems, and DevOps pipelines GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Cloud Build
Knowledge of test automation, static code analysis, and continuous integration tools.
Proven experience managing software engineering teams in Agile environments
Strong communication, conflict resolution, and mentoring skills.
Experience working with distributed and cross functional teams across geographies degree in Computer Science Engineering, or related field
Google Cloud Professional certification preferred
Experience in implementing CI or CD pipelines and observability frameworks
Exposure to GenAI or LLM driven applications and RAG based architectures.
