Overview
The Senior End User Computing Engineer works independently to build and integrate several robust, fault-tolerant application solutions for information processing requirements to maximize audit site productivity. This includes collaboration in requirements definition, prototyping, design, coding, testing and deployment.
Responsibilities
- Architect, Build and implement the strategic roadmap for the Windows 11/Mac OSX platform with expertise in Workspace One Modern and Intune Management.
- Directly responsible for the design, implementation, and engineering support of end-user desktop solutions including SCCM, Workspace One UEM, and MS Intune.
- Provide direction for end-user enterprise technology and review long-range plans that meet the requirements of the business, Security and Compliance Teams
- Own and maintain a clear roadmap for the Windows and Mac end-user platform
- Develop and ensure execution of high-profile project plans in coordination with the project/demand management team
- Analyzes and assesses how automated systems can be implemented to solve complex business problems.
- Analyze and resolve software and process related issues originated from internal or external customers
- Applies the principles and practices of software quality assurance throughout the software development life cycle.
- Documents the specifications, design, features and operation of applications prior to production roll out.
- Ensure that all technology standards are adhered to while developing systems.
- Ensure project deliverables are accomplished on time and within budget.
- Communicates technical and operational issues to both engineering and audit leadership in a timely manner.
- Complete all responsibilities as outlined in the annual performance review and/or goal setting.

Qualifications
- BS in computer science, information technology or a related technical field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, certification, and relevant experience
- 5 years’ experience with Windows 10, MS OS, OSX, Android OS, IOS, Azure, Exchange, VDI, and Security.
- Strong ability to design multifaceted desktop environments based on varying criteria such as machine type, software, peripheral hardware, security, network, and support.
- Strong ability to develop complex application packaging (e.g., OS, patches, applications, scripts, Group Policy Objects, programs, utilities, and hotfixes), certification testing, and distribution across desktop environments using Workspace 1 And SCCM management.
- Strong ability to direct, review, and approve the creation of Windows OS and Mac OS images/builds.Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac Installer technology, application packaging, authoring, and MSI editing
- Strong ability to manage a desktop environment deploying packages using software management tools including SCCM and Workspace1
- Strong ability with Azure Active Directory (Group Policy Objects), windows/networking configuration and administration
- Strong scripting ability (VBScript, batch files, Install Script, Wise Script, PowerShell, etc.).
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite including O365 administration.
- Strong Hands-on Experience with large scale End user computing environment integrated with complex
- IDM/AD/azure ad systems.
- Hands on experience working in Active directory, Azure, OKTA and other IDM environments
- Experience with Workflow Automation in ITSM tools, Microsoft Power Automate, Jira, SharePoint
- Strong Technical knowledge in Multidomain trusts, Single Sign On, Okta AD Agents and Conditional Access.
- Excellent communication skills
