About the Role:

Supports broader Patient Access and works with general guidance and assumes responsibility for a definable portion of projects and coordination of all department initiatives, budget tracking, meeting support, and other project activity as assigned. Oversees team Calendar and logistics associated with team and cross-functional meetings. Creates and edits Excel, PowerPoint and other project documentation in support of department initiatives.

Your Contributions (include, but are not limited to):

  • Creates and manages coordination of communication across Patient Access initiatives
  • Manages Patient Access team calendars, rosters, and shared documents on company intranet website (SharePoint)
  • Oversees and manages all aspects of new hire process and onboarding by working closely with numerous functional heads, including training
  • Works closely with Patient Access Leadership to develop annual budgets as well as budget tracking and submission of accruals
  • Plans and executes multiple planning meetings, quarterly development workshops and offsite events
  • Supports the Patient Access team by being available to answer questions and provide direction to internal resources
  • Provides complex, diverse and confidential administrative duties for Executive Director, and provides broader support to the Patient Access department
  • Maintains calendars, schedules meetings, sends Outlook calendar appointments, reserves conference rooms, and coordinates logistics for meetings, including audio/visual needs, presentations, and food and beverage catering
  • Collects and prepares information for use in discussions and meetings with staff and outside individuals as well as department team
  • Coordinates, creates, edits and assembles slides for presentations and provides assistance with collecting and effectively presenting executive-level information
  • Arranges department and group meetings (e.g., weekly Leadership Team meetings, staff meetings, periodic off-sites) ensuring all necessary information is available for discussion. helps track department level projects, activities and results
