Food Server Assistant Gordon Ramsay

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

· Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to guests promptly and accurately.

· Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a clean and organized dining area.

· Refill water, coffee, and other beverages as needed.

· Stock and restock service areas with necessary supplies such as utensils, napkins, and condiments.

· Support servers by delivering additional items requested by guests, such as extra plates, sauces, or utensils.

· Ensure all areas of the dining room and server stations are clean and tidy.

· Adhere to health and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.

· Provide friendly and professional interaction with guests to enhance their dining experience.

· Assist with other duties as assigned by management to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Work requires 6 months previous food server / running experience.

· Work requires effective communication in English, both verbal and written form in a professional manner.

· Must present a neat and professional appearance.

· Work requires interactions with customers, public and co-workers.

· Work requires teamwork with other staff members.

· Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business.

· Must be able to obtain a required Virginia Lottery Non-Gaming License.

 

PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:

· Fast paced, high volume environment involving constant public.

· Also, requires carrying serving trays weighing up to 15 lbs., and may require lifting bus tubs weighing up to 40 lbs.

· Shifts may vary based on business needs. Must be able to tolerate secondary tobacco smoke
