In addition, you will help our Building Consultancy division to coordinate the project teams, manage relationships with customers and suppliers and with all the stakeholders involved.</p> <p> </p> <p>Once the individual objectives of the project have been defined, your duties will also be to verify at every stage of the process that the activities assigned to the whole team are carried out in addition to always have an eye on the quality of the work that it’s being done.</p> <p><strong>Role accountabilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage of one or more projects, making sure of their correct execution according to the defined contractual methods;</li> <li>Plan the projects and the definition of contract development plans, setting up project teams suitable for the realization of the task and coordinating these resources;</li> <li>Maintain best client relationships.</li> <li>Act as mediator between the parties, maintaining active communication within and outside the organization.</li> <li>Conduct periodic meetings to verify alignment with the previsions regarding the progress of the project;</li> <li>Draw up summary reports of the weekly and monthly meetings, monitoring the progress of the activities and creating / modifying schedules and budgets.</li> <li>Prepare and maintain Project Execution Plans</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li>A degree in <strong>Architecture, Building Engineering or Civil Engineering </strong>is required;</li> <li><strong>At least +10 years of experience</strong> as Project Manager </li> <li>At least 5-7 years of experience in the <strong>hotellerie/hospitality or retail secto</strong>r, and on situ experience as a Project Manager;</li> <li>An<strong> excellent level of English (B2 / C1)</strong>; Knowledge of other languages will be considered a plus;</li> <li>Technical background to be able to attend and intervene in technical meetings;</li> <li>Coordination and time-management skills, ability to plan and direct coordination meetings;</li> <li>Orientation to results;</li> <li>Good knowledge: Autocad, Office package, Microsoft Project;</li> <li>Availability to travel.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Why Become an Arcadian?</strong></p> <p>Our work with clients has a direct impact on people’s lives and on the planet.
