Job Title: Medical Assistant / Clinic Team Leader

Location: Scottsdale, Arizona

Hours & Schedule: Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Work Environment: Concierge-style outpatient clinical setting with a calm, professional, high-touch atmosphere

Salary / Hourly Rate: Starting at $25/hour, based on experience

Job Summary:

The Medical Assistant / Clinic Team Leader provides both hands-on clinical support and operational leadership within the clinic. This role serves as a key point person for daily clinic flow, supporting the physician and team while ensuring high standards of patient care, organization, and professionalism. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys responsibility, leadership, and contributing to a smoothly run practice.


Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Act as a team leader and primary point of contact within the clinic
  • Provide clinical assistance to the physician as needed
  • Support daily clinic flow and operational efficiency
  • Assist with nursing schedules and staffing coverage
  • Ensure exam rooms are prepared and instruments are properly sterilized
  • Oversee inventory, supplies, and ordering
  • Help track staff hours and assist with scheduling needs
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism, organization, and patient care
  • Step in as needed to support the team and overall patient experience

Requirements

  • Medical Assistant experience required
  • Prior leadership, supervisory, or clinic operations experience preferred
