Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-02 (or GS-05 - GS-11) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Planning, programming, budgeting regulations, and experience in construction and Architect & Engineer (A&E) contracting; 2) Developing funding, acquisition, and resourcing requirements; 3) Executing the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) SRM Program: 4) Familiarity with American Petroleum Institute (API) inspection processes and Petrolum, Oil, & Lubricant (POL) systems: 5) Analyzing complex issues and implement innovative solutions, combined with excellent communication skills for creating briefings and engaging with diverse stakeholders.
