Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist

SynergenX | Low T Center, leading providers of hormone replacement and targeted wellness services, are seeking qualified Medical Assistants to join our team! Position Overview:
As a Medical Assistant, you will provide care to patients while fostering a positive experience. Responsibilities include day-to-day lab operations, assisting providers, and supporting patient interactions. Applicants should be comfortable with flexible hours, occasional late shifts, some weekends, and enjoy collaborating with both providers and patients. Basic computer skills are required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take and record vital signs

• Perform routine blood draws

• Administer intramuscular and subcutaneous injections as directed

• Maintain lab equipment and ensure proper documentation of results and quality controls

• Prepare labs in-house or for external facilities with correct lab orders

• Conduct weekly inventory, ordering, and team communication

• Assist with front desk duties as needed

• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to excellent patient care

Compensation: $22/hour

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED (physical proof required)

• Medical Assistant or Phlebotomy certification preferred

• Minimum of 3 months relevant medical experience performing phlebotomy, injections, and vitals, or completion of 180 extern hours

• Ability to perform venipuncture and intramuscular/subcutaneous injections highly preferred

• Pass a criminal background check.

• Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

• Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

• Sunday: Closed
