As a BET MGM Sports Bar Cocktail Server, you’ll be the heart of the action, setting the stage for unforgettable guest experiences with your warm smile and fantastic service! By connecting with our guests and understanding their unique stories, you’ll create WOW memories that they'll cherish long after their visit. THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Deliver Memorable Service: Wow guests by taking and serving food and drink orders with precision and speed—ensuring every interaction is warm, efficient, and unforgettable.

• Be the Expert: Impress guests with your in-depth knowledge of cocktails, menu items, and local attractions—you're not just serving drinks, you're shaping their entire experience.

• Set the Stage for Success: Own your space by keeping your station fully stocked, spotless, and show-ready—while confidently resolving guest concerns and ensuring every shift ends on a high note.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• At least 21 years old

• 6+ months of experience as a cocktail and/or food server in a similar environment (Preferred)

Pay Rate

The rate for this role is:

$9.53

This is a tip eligible position.

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
